Booking Session Agreement

 


Booking Retainer (Deposit):
Booking Retainers (deposits) are non-refundable and will be applied to any photography package for up to 90 days  from contract date. After 90 days all contracts are void and deposit is forfeited on all photo sessions not scheduled and completed.   

Cancellation Policy:
Once initial photo session is booked client has 48 hours to reschedule without any penalty. After 48 hours a re-booking fee of $75 will be assessed and be payable at time of scheduling. If you cancel with in 24 hours of your session deposit will be forfeited.  Any appointments arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a cancellation, and will be subject to a re- booking fee. 

Digital Images Sales Policy
Digital images are not included in package prices. Digital images may be purchased for a separate fee. Sales of edited digital images are made during sales sessions at the studio. Digital images are available for an additional purchase

Pricing Policy and Sales Process
The customer agrees to return to the studio in approximately 7-10 days, or visit the proofing area of the site, to select images to purchase. In the event the customer cannot return to the studio within 30 days the photographer will choose any included items on the clients behalf and mail to the address on file.

Session fees start at $250, but may vary. Products are available for purchase during your sale session. Client is responsible for all service and products provided.
